Mission: Fit for life with tools that fit your life

Gymnastics rings (AKA still rings) were invented by the father of gymnastics, Friedrich Ludwig Jahn. Part of the Olympic Games since 1896, they demand the most strength of any Olympic event!

Nobody starts their fitness journey with the iron cross. Body weight training culture has embraced rings for their versatility and capacity for regression and progression. In fact, virtually any strength exercise performed in the gym has a ring clone, typically with one more limbs on the ground and one or more suspended. But there’s a problem: gymnastics rings can be tough on the hands and wrists. They’re bulky and heavy. Alternatives abound, but none of them offer the same strength and utility of a good pair of gym rings.

Fit for LIFE (with tools that fit YOUR life)

There’s fertile middle ground between the high-flying antics of gymnasts and acrobats and the grade school calisthenics of arm-circles and jumping jacks. That’s where we come in!

Here are just a handful of the training techniques that Slim Rings make possible:

💠 DEEP squats (glutes-to-grass) • Hands on chest-height handles provide the help that most mortals need to maximize their range of motion in a squat. Slim Rings enable virtually endless rehab and pre-hab progressions!
💠 Truly functional fitness • Every “push” and every “pull” incorporate the whole kinetic chain. This requires constant core engagement, but at the pitch/intensity of your choosing. Lean into it!
💠 Safe and steady progression into athletic movements • Utilizing all four limbs for plyometric exercises minimizes ground reactive force. You’ll jump higher and land softer than you thought possible!
